While the first one was not bad at all, the Mi5Sion  package showed in Geneva earlier this month left a lot to be desired.  However, we might have to reconsider our opinion after seeing Hamann’s  latest M5-based project.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">This more extreme variant was displayed at the Auto Trader Live  luxury car show in Dubai where it shocked the crowd with its in-depth  customization. Just about everything on the outside has changed,  including the double kidney grille, ventilated hood, double rear  spoilers and diffuser. Other changes include different rear apron with built-in  diffuser, rear spoiler, side skirts with LEDs which light up the triple  tailpipes sitting on both sides of the car. Hamann says the end pipes  were anodized in a golden color and milled from a solid block of  aluminum.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Hiding under the black carbon bonnet is the familiar V12 6.0-liter  bi-turbo engine which in its standard form is good for 612 HP (450 kW)  and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm). One of the most striking cars of the Swiss auto show is without any  doubt Hamann's Range Rover. Aside from the pink wrap job, the British  premium SUV wears a wide body kit that brings a new hood, front spoiler,  front bumper, fenders, side sills and a redesigned rear bumper.  Compared to the standard model, this modified Range Rover is 80mm wider. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">While most of the body parts have a mirror-like surface, some of the  upper ones are covered by a matte-like texture. Described as "magnificent haute couture," the multi-colored model has  an aerodynamic body kit that draws inspiration from the McLaren F1. It  features a new front bumper with LED daytime running lights, a front  splitter and a roof-mounted air intake. There's also revised side  skirts, an extended diffuser, a prominent rear wing and 21-inch aluminum  wheels. The styling kit is priced from €95,000 ($123,225) which sounds pretty  expensive since it doesn't appear to include any performance upgrades. Applicable to the Panamera Turbo model, power output is rated at 603  hp/ 443 kW and 870 Nm of torque at 2,250 - 4,500 rpm resulting in a 3.9  seconds sprint to 100 km/h and then onto 200 km/h in 12.6 seconds. With  the Sport Chrono Package the figures drops to 3.7 seconds and 12.4  seconds, respectively, while top speed increases to 315 km/h (std Turbo  303 km/h). Hamann promises a more potent power upgrade package for the Panamera  Turbo model is currently in development. Expect a rear sports muffler as  well as a new engine management system. The result is a performance  increase by 80 hp and 120 Nm of torque. The German company has now released a batch of new photos showcasing the model.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Hamann has failed to supply any engine tuning details, suggesting the  package is unfortunately all about style. Perhaps the twin-turbo  3.8-liter V8 engine has been deemed sufficient and continues to produce  the factory output of 600 PS (441 kW / 592 bhp) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft)  of torque.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The body kit meanwhile has been extensively updated with Hamann's own  package. The front bumper  fascia has integrated LED daytime driving lights while the rear fascia  is designed to reduce aerodynamic lift. Other components include side  sills, a roof spoiler and rear boot spoiler.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The M5 also features Hamann ultra-light Unique Forged II wheels in  front size 9.5Jx21-inch with Continental Sport Contact 5P tires in the  size 265/30 ZR 21 and at the rear 12.0Jx21-inch with 325/25 ZR 21 tires.  Also available is the three-piece HAMANN aluminum wheel named Edition  Race Anodized. It has an anthracite-anodized inner wheel face plus a  mirror-finished outer rim flange with titanium bolts. Sport springs  lower the vehicle's ride height by 30mm.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Hamann is currently working on an engine performance upgrade which  includes a high-performance sports muffler and a new engine-management  system boosting power approximately 160 PS and 220 Nm of torque. One year  later and Hamann has dressed the Roadster version exactly the same for  the Swiss show once again.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Despite losing its wing doors from the coupe, the vehicle keeps its  bird of prey name. The Roadster features a wind tunnel tested body kit  consisting of a new front bumper fascia with LED lights and enlarged air  inlets, carbon fiber hood with air vents, side skirts, fender flairs  and quarter panels that are 60mm and 70mm wider on each side,  respectively, and a rear bumper fascia with diffuser and carbon fiber  wing.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Performance of the 6.3-liter V8 engine receives a high-performance  stainless steel exhaust system while a sports air filter is used on the  intake side. Combined with a remapped engine control unit, power output  is raised to 636 PS (628 bhp / 468 kW) from the standard 571 PS (420 kW /  563 hp) for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint in 3.6 seconds and a top speed of  320 km/h (199 mph).</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The coilover kit with four height-adjustable dampers and four  progressively wound springs lower the center of gravity by up to 30mm. Larger air intakes and daytime running  lights are added to the front fascia and there's a redesigned bonnet  too.
